If someone could please give me some advice. My computer is really, really slow. I'm suspecting it's some sort of spyware or malware....though I've run both AdAware and Spybot on it and deleted everything there. The following is the log from HJT if that helps. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

Took care of that, but do you have any suggestions about how to improve the peformance, since it doesn't seem to be any spyware, etc? Should I download one of those diagnostic or optimizer programs?

I have AdAware SE already and have been running it; most recently with a full system scan. Same with Spybot. Got everything out and the computer is still running slow. Any suggestions?
