Help for "IP address conflict with another system"

    I've finally made the jump to DSL last week from using a phone line connection. Today
    I have a small alert window in my taskbar that keeps popping up saying: "Windows - System Error There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network". Please view my HJT info below and tell me what is up. Thanx
