Help getting rid of Trojan.Vundo virus!

    My virus software, Norton, keeps giving me a pop up saying I have Trojan, Vundo virus in windows32/system folder. I am also receiving pop ups alerts telling me to download some bogus anti-virus software, takes forever for any applications to load, sometime when i turn on my laptop it turns on but nothing happens.
