hi guys i have a major meltdown of my pc. Recently i received a pop up from xp anti virus which i didn't see. It downloaded itself onto my computer and ever since then its been messed up. First of all i cant get onto safe mode. When i try to it just restarts and shows the blue screen of death :[. Secondly my son tells me if he plays a computer game and it suddenly minimizes out of the blue. I also have some highlighted text on my desktop icons. This virus messed me up and i suspect its still lingering there. Any ideas guys? i posted my HJT log below .
