Help I got attacked by trojan n worn

    i was searching 4 video then the site say need 2 run a certain player
    i run the player than my whole laptop goes haywire
    alot of anti spyware n addware pops-up those i never seen b4

    then got a few pop-up like this

    then i click liao the software nid 2 pay

    then got another pop-up say spyware alert:
    SECURITY WARNING!

    Worn.Win32.NetBooster detected on your machine. This virus is distributed via the internet through e-mail and Active-X objects.
    The worn has its own SMTP engine which means it gathers e-mails from ur local computer and re-distribute itself
    In worst cases this worm can allow attackers to access your computer ,stealing password and personal data.
    This process should be removed from ur system.

    other than that
    alot of internet page pops-up which shows scans of my PC
    then at my taskbar beside my watch n MSN got say VIRUS ALERT!



    CAN ANYBODY RECOMMEND A GOOD FREE VIRUS/TROJAN REMOVER
