Hi,
I love the sims terrible and my laptop didn’t have enough space. So I decided to delete some stuff, I deleted a lot of “my pc” things and now my computer is acting strange. The icons won’t show and it continues to not open a lot of programs. So I thought “maybe if I reset my whole laptop, it’ll fix and move faster.” But it won’t let me reset my laptop, it’ll begin to erase ever thing then say there was a problem with resetting my computer and nothing was changed. I can’t do nor open anything on this laptop because of my dumb mistake. I even tried to restore all the files but that didn’t work neither!!! Please help me figure out this mess.

The Intel Core 2 Duo T6670 processor was introduced in 2009, so your laptop definitely did not come with Windows 10 pre-installed in it.

What is the brand name and model name and model number and serial number of your laptop?
