I run my antivirus and I keep getting an alert saying I've got a trojan horse that I cannot delete or isolate. I scheduled a boot scan thrice and it says it's deleted but once the computer is started up it is still there. An anti virus called Trusted Anti virus automatically installed itself and I couldn't uninstall it as the file is corrupted and that's when the whole problem began. When I do the scan the name given for the trojan horse is ..

    Win32ratBHO

    The file name is:

    CWINDOWS\system32\efccaww.dll

I use Firefox and ever since the problem began out of the blue a new tab opens that says:

Error - Ads need to be loaded from adcode, if you keep getting this error contact your account rep.
