Help, Lost "tool bar"

    I'm computer stupid so please talk down to me. When I'm logged on the internet, at the top of the screen its says "America Online provided by Dell "and directly below that it has "file" "edit" "print" "window" "Sign Off" "help" but there is nothing that says "tools" . How can I get this "tool" on my computer? Than k you

    You should try to find "view" Usually that is where your Viewable options are, if it is in AOL specifically that you are trying to get this toobar back, go to keyword preferences. or find preferences in AOL. There should be a setup for taskbars toolbars and that type of thing
