If you haven't already you should read Derek's post called How did I get infected in the first place. It is located in the security forum. He reccomends a number of preventitive and necessary programs such as Spyblaster, Adaware SE, spybot search and destroy.

Another essential read is Rollin Rog's security tools

Presently there is not enough information to properly help you so please
Go to http://s89223352.onlinehome.us/mirror/hjt//, and download Hijack This.

Unzip, put it in it's own folder (c:\HJTHIS) doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.
