I've been struggling with this for a while. I get error message when installing Java, for example, "error 25099, unzipping core files failed". Also downloading and installing any software seems to have similar problems, everything from Driver Detective to Spybot S&D. I have SP3 and all the MS updates.
Java(Sun) appears to be aware of the problem. I think it's a Windows problem, as usual. Any ideas, anyone?
