I just went through the [email protected] conversion myself. It was a bit of a nightmare.

What program are you using as your default e-mail handler? Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, what?

Have you configured your e-mail handler to send receive e-mail on the Cox server?

If not, the manual Cox provided will walk you through setting up your account/s on Outlook and Outlook express since the server name is no longer "mail" (as it was when you had [email protected]).

See page 39 "Configuring Microsoft Outlook Express"... Page 41 has the new incoming and outgoing pop server names which may be different than mine, since it depends on what state you are in.

    Hope that helps.
