You need to go to the manufacturers website for the drivers.

Go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager. Under Display Adapter, it show show you what video card you have, like in the picture attached

Link to your drivers. You will need to specify your operating system (Windows 98 / Windows ME / Windows XP etc). Then you will need to click download. I think it will ask you what location to download from. Clcik the first one or recommended one. Then it should ask you to save it. Save it in a location that you know and press OK. It will download to your machine. Since it's a EXE file (setup file) I don't think you need to do anything other than run the file.

Now for the sound go back to the Device Manager and look under Sound, Video and Game Controllers.

what do you have? It will depend on the motherboard (I'm assuming its all onboard)

Hey is the machine a branded machine, like Gateway or Dell?

dude you're getting the drivers :)

Audio Drivers Click on the Analog Devices link then the R89530.exe for the drive. Should be the same as the video drivers. (EXE file that will do the installation for you.)
