I can't download a practice exam because it won't install...says it 'can't find shell.dll'. I have Windows XP Home Addition. I think the file got messed up or deleted when getting 'coolwebsearch', a terrible adware virus, off of my computer. My computer's now clean but I'm left with this problem. Does anyone have a fix? Thanks.

THANKS. Your suggestion helped. I copied the shell.dll file in c:\winodws\system and pasted it into c:\winodws\system32. Since I had already gotten rid of the CWS adware, everything worked beautifully and I have downloaded my practice exam without a problem. Thanks again.
