Go to Start > Run, and type services.msc. In the Services window, scroll to "Remote Procedure Call" and verify it shows "Started" and "Automatic" (start it if not already started, and set to Automatic if it shows Disabled). Then scroll to "Print Spooler" and verify it shows "Started" (start it if not already started, and set to Automatic if it shows Disabled).

Go to Start > Run, type in services.msc

Go to LexBcs Server, double-click, set the Startup type to Automatic then Start it.

Go to Print Spooler, double-click, set the Startup type to Automatic then Start it.
