Ok, my Father isn't a computer genius and my ways to password his files get a little more involved then he really needs to get. Here's the deal:

He wants to password a folder/file.
It has to be very simple.
    It has to be secure.
    He is using Windows XP.

Now if all fails and a simple enough program cannot be found I can always make one up nice and quick, not a problem, but I'd like as little work as possible this week :). Most programs I know of involve some kind of intricate fumbling through menus, which he doesn't need. A simple box, asking for a password before he can open a file would be nice.

Any suggestions? Thanks for any help given :)
