Go into your bios and make sure the first boot device is your hard drive. Also if you see anything about pxe boot option disable

It’s an origin laptop. It was given to me so I’m not sure the name.
    How do you enter bios?

How are you getting to this screen if it wont boot? To enter the bios requires pressing a key with it first starts. It is usually shown for a few moments on the screen. This key depends on the make and model thats why it would be very helpful to know. Your laptop should show the brand somewhere on it or there should be a serial tag on the bottom. If you can’t find out that information then try pressing these keys and see if any work Delete, F2, F11, F1. Also checkout the following link for other options.

I got to the bios I believe. The Model name is MS-16H2 Idk if that means anything to you. The options for booting are
    USB CD/DVD
    Hard disk: intel RAIDO OS
    USB Hard Disk
    Network: Qualcomm Atheros Boot
    Disabled

From boot option #1-#4 which order do I put it in?

It looks okay but try disabling the Network: Qualcomm Atheros Boot option and see if it will boot. Looks like you are running in Raid, is that correct?
