Hi guys!!! Well my mom has a lab top computer with the operating system windows 2000 xp. It has just rcently be messing up big time. It goes to a blue screen saying that has an error and if we installed any new hardware, and to go into safe mode. I tried that it won't go into safe mode. And the other day my mom tried to reboot the computer and it said unmountable boot volume. What should she do? She is going back school and can't afford an new one. Help please!!
