Help! New build, won't post.

    Is there anything I can do short of disassembling the entire system?

    Mobo make and model, graphics card and CPU please.

    btw-something is happening behind the scenes, because even though I'm getting no action over the dvi cable, if I hit control alt delete the number lock, caps lock, and scroll lock buttons make like something is happening on the other end...

    I have that board and that cpu and it requires a bios update to version 8a and ships with #7 I believe.

    how can that happen? I've seen others who have had no problem.

    open it up and make sure everything is seated like the processor, vid cards etc..and make sure all the power connections are connected. Tthats where i would start. You never know maybe something just got overlooked
