I'm in need of a new monitor and so I'm looking for a wide screen LCD 22" and am a little confused, hope someone can help. My video card is DVI compatable and I've heard that it is a good direction to go. The monitor will be used for photo editing, so it's important that the monitor be sharp and as true to color as possible. I'd like to keep it under $500 This one was brought to my attention, any thoughts on it? I heard that the pixel pitch was a number to take note to, the higher the number the better. Is this so? If yes in what range should I look for? Appreciate any help. With thanks.

Thats a nice monitor, also consider the HP w2207 (I'm using one). My last monitor which I gave to my wife when I bought a new system, was a Samsung Syncmaster 225bw. You should be ok with your choice.
