Hello:
I was typing an email in Outlook 2000 (on Windows 98) and the system suddenly locked up. I used ctrl+alt+del and to my surprise the whole PC shutdown. When I restarted Outlook it said it couldn't find "outlook.pst". I ran Norton disk doctor and found and retrieved "outlook.pst" but it's empty (0 bytes).
All my old email; entire address book; everything gone!
Anything I can do? Autoarchive was NOT on (it will be from now on).
Thank you.
