Help! Outlook freezing using Cisco VPN Dialer and CITRIX

Hi. I use the CISCO VPN Dialer plus CITRIX to connect to my office LAN. But once I get to my office desktop and then click on Microsoft Outlook, the Outlook is FROZEN. I can see the inbox, but can't click on anything. I have DSL. It stays frozen for 24-48 hours, then suddenly and without doing anything I will try to open Outlook and it will NOT be frozen. But I have no clue why.

Any clues? The office help folks have no idea.
