My computer crashes/freezes every time I try and use the web - I've tried with Mozilla, IE, Safari, the problem seems to be mainly when I try to listen to the radio, watch iplayer and today has been when I try and log onto my email account. I've rebooted it lots of times, am leaving it plugged in all the time, have run AVG and Spybot, defragmented the disc and used Comodo system clean up.
Getting really frustrating and wondering if anyone has any ideas?
Thanks :)

Can you post a few of your latest minidump files? They are located in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump. ZIP them and attach them to your next post.

Right-click the minidump file, select Send To, then select Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Windows Vista will compress (zip) the file and save the new zipped file in the same place as the original file.

If you don't have permission to do it from the Minidump folder, right-click on a minidump file and select Send To > Desktop (create shortcut).

From the desktop, try zipping the file again.

If still no luck, disable the UAC.

It says it is unable to complete the zipping process as the folder is empty?! I have 'cleaned' up the computer this afternoon.

Getting any error messages?

Please click here to download and install version 2.0.2 of the HijackThis Installer.

Run it and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything
