I Have A Compaq Prolinea 5133 And It Would Not Boot Up So I Was Going To Put Win98 On It I Ran Fdisk But When I Went To Format It Says It Is The Wrong Dos Version Is There Any Way I Can Find Out Was Version Is On There. I Have Dos 6.2 Disk But Also Will Not Let Me Install. Thank For Any Help.

Go here and click the "Windows 98 boot floppy image" link so you can download and save the win98_img.exe file. Once you've done that, insert a blank floppy disk in its drive, double-click the win98_img.exe file, then allow it to extract its contents into the floppy disk. Once the extraction process is complete, you're have a proper fully-bootable startup disk for running fdisk, format, and installing Windows 98, 98SE, or ME.
