Help Pleez

    Hello..
    .For several days I have been getting this error message:"Internet Explorer has Encountored a problem and needs to close"... a screen come up to report the trouble...I click...it shows transmitting information...then ends........nothing more till next time...
    Now today I get this page that tells me what i need to do....but i have no idea..how to do it...or what these thing are........I need HELP!!....ok it says.....
    Disable all add-ons
    Turn-off all 3rd party browser extensions(add-ons)
    Perform a full Service Scan using Windows Live One Care Saftey Scanner
    Can some one please tell me..if this is a major mess//trouble...and how I can fix it..
    I have dial up....Netzero is the provider...but hotmail is my e-mail...

    Try To Repair IE :
    -----------

    Start > Run rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE6Maintenance "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Setup\SETUP.EXE" /g

    or

    Start > Run rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 C:\windows\inf\ie.inf
