Help! I am having problems with i tunes and quicktime. They don't seem to want to work on my computer. worked just fine earlier today but now.........nada
I have tried un-installing and re-installing quite a few times. I keep getting an error message for quicktime: failed to initialize: error #63443 and when I click on itunes I get the message that quicktime not found. quuicktime is required to run i tunes.
I have even tried restoring my comp to a previous day, the day before yesterday and that didn't help. I think I am at my "wit's end"
    any suggestions?
could there be and hidden files somewhere on the coomputer that I may not be aware of?
