The Gateway laptop I'm working on now seems to be infected with...something.. When I get online (Yes! This one will see the network!!) I continually get popups of an inappropriate nature. I've run Spybot (which found nearly 600 entries on the first scan...), AVG Free, CCleaner... I've unchecked just about everything under the startup tab in MSCONFIG (only Winlogin runs and I'm not really familiar with seeing that in startup). I've checked through HKLM...Run, HKCU...Run, the startup folder—I just can't find anything else that could be a problem. Here is an HJT log of the machine:

If anyone has any thoughts on what can save this poor laptop from being scavenged, they would be much appreciated. Thanks!
