I have got a big problem with a virus..

every-time I start up the comp> it shuts down within the 30 or 50 seconds>

I am able to get into the computer If I put the safe mode on, but the toolbars gone>

Then we tried to install windows XP home edition, but that wasnt possible because the computer got upgradet to W XP proffesional>
So we bought the Vista, Im able to open it but after I enterd the VERF.code and Ive pushed enter the countdown shutdown starts again.

Normally It has to work, with the vista but it keeps on restarting and shutting down

    has anyone got answer>>??

    greetings sharon>>
