I turned on my computer this morning, and noticed high CPU usage right away.. I didn't think much of it, so I continued and opened iTunes, but nothing would play. So I opened task manager, saw RUNDLL32.EXE running at 50+ % CPU usage. After investigating, I found that in the Sound control panel, the devices are "flipping" back and forth between the default at a very fast rate.. it's going crazy. Any idea what is going on?
Also the USB mouse stops working intermittently...

    Tried reinstalling the sound drivers?
Check whether its a Malware problem or not.
Run a full scan using SAS and MalwareBytes
