help! Trojan Attack -real time

    Hi everyone-

    Please help. My other computer is under attack by virus, trojan and and various files I cannot delete. I need help asap, sorry.

    your image shows that you have AVG and McAfee installed
    YOU should never run with two anti-virus programs they will conflict and you end up not with double protection but with less protection, or indeed effectively none.


    AVG is the free edition - uninstall all AVG entries, using programs and features and then REBOOT and run the AVG uninstall tool
    http://www.avg.com/gb-en/utilities


    REBOOT and then post back when you have done that

    OK thank you so much! The avg has expired. I will uninstall them and follow your recommendation. I just cannot afford to pay the renewal fee.
