Help upgrading my desktop guys

    like the tittle says i want to upgrade my desktop, and gladly appreciate if you guys help me,hands down these are my specs right now.

    as you see most of the hardware has been DISCONTINUED , well i wanted to see what can i upgrade with keeping my processor, case, and hardrive, and cooling system. according to newegg i only have two options in motherboards http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...654&isNodeId=1&Description=LGA+1156&x=23&y=13 on the LGA 1156 socket help guys !!! also my budget is around $450 to spend on a MOBO, GPU, and ram if possible ...something i can play BF3 in the highest video settings maybe, with this system im able to play it on the lowest graphics and 800x600 res, so help my guys please!

    edit: the graphics card, and the ram are the main concern, if i can upgrade these with no biggie then it's all good!
