Well, my external hard drive has been working fine, but all of a sudden when I tried to access it a message saying that it's not formatted pops up. It wont let me access any of the files on my hard drive. Please help!
If you go into my computer and right click the drive and choose "properties", then "tools", "error checking" "settings" and put chck marks in both boxes apply and ok to run checkdisk on the drive.
So, I just tried that, but after I click okay the box just disappears and nothing happens. It's a 320 gb external hard drive but in properties it says that it has 0.
