I could really use some help to stop a website opening up multiple browsers.

I have downloaded and scanned using Malwarebytes
I have downloaded and scanned using Adwcleaner
I have reset Chrome and changed settings following various suggestions
I have followed this thread and done what I could from that
    https://forums.techguy.org/threads/...automatically-in-browser.1127423/#post8920811

However, I am still having the same issue but it seems to be only one site that repeatedly opens which is called: trk.dsllgal

Malwarebytes blocks it but does not stop it opening multiple browsers. I am at a loss as to how to get rid of this and it's driving me insane. At the point of writing this it has just opened 9 tabs!!!

Happy to follow any instructions .......... can someone help please?

    Thanks

OK So I did more digging around the net and it seems this is to do with using the older version of Skype!

Following what others have said, I upgraded my Skype and have not had this issue since.
Thought this might help others with a similar problem.
