-Help- Window Movie maker.

    i have this following problem (im using window xp):

    Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    i have tried this http://www.moviecodec.com/topics/30872p1.html but it doesn't work for me.

    I also looked at this http://papajohn.org/MM2-Issues-Acceleration-and-Codecs.html but i absolutely do not understand it.

    this is what i get when i did Start> right click on my computer> manage> system tools > even viewer > application
