Help Windows explorer keeps giving me a error

I get this error saying that "explorer has casues an error in <unknown> and explorer will now close.. and then when i try to get into my internet explorer it gives the same problem.. what should i do? and one time i got the same error but with "newdotnet4_80.dll" showin as the problem.. what do i do?

also i just added a new wireless pc card.. and thats when all of this started not working.. could that be the problem? some one please help me

i tried a couple of things, and i even got "hijackthis" installed and running.. so if someone can tell me what files are safe to remove?
