Help with Amazon Fire box

Just looking for some help. Our Amazon fire TV box has stopped working this evening.

Once switching on we get an amber flashing light which then turns to white flashing light with the Amazon logo stuck on th screen.

We have switched on and off to attempt to fix the issue but sometimes the screen changes to a recovery support screen which we cannot do anything with! This also says failed to mount cache ?

The remote has new batteries in , plugged into the mains with original cable and using an ethernet cable rather than WiFi

Any help is appreciated
