Hi!

I have a Belkin F5D7230-4 router and a Netgear DG834GT wireless modem. I need to bridge the two together so that I can get the signals on both floors of my house. I have no prior knowledge about networking, and would be greatful if somebody could explain how to do it in a very simple language. Thanks!!

If you want to know how to connect them by ethernet cable we can post that info. If you are hoping to use the Belkin to connect via wireless (AP client mode) to the Netgear modem/router you're out of luck. Some routers can do that, but that Belkin model is not one of them.
