Well I can't tell much from that as it doesn't show many fields.
Can you download and unzip this blank Access 2003 database and then export your table to it, or save your current database in Access 2003 format. Can you then put the english version of the field name in the Description column in design view.
Rezip the database and post it on here.

ok, will do that, however, when i try to save the database as 2003, it not saving due to such features as attachments and look-up fields, and calculated fields.

Do i delete these fields and then send you the data?
Thank you for your help and patience.

The attachment fields are probably the main problem, if you just change the type to "text" that should work.
You may need to do the same with lookup fields, you can tell me what was being looked up or calculated.

    Hello,
    sorry for my silence.

I have tried all means to change the database to 2003 version. and failed miserably.
I made a new file with all the fields in english, it just has the column heads.

    Please find it attached.

I have the 2007-201o version and each time, i try to convert it to the 2003 version i get an error message.
i have deleted the attachments, the calculated fields, look-up fields, and all other features.

I have even made a new access with just text, and still cannot be able to convert it.
am at my wits ends here.

If you have forms in the database that will prevent it from converting, so you just need a Copy of the database with the table(s) in it.
If you can't convert it I will ask Rockn to take a look at it, I think he has Access 2007.
