Help with E-Mail Decision

    hi all,

    I have recently upgraded to broadband but the supplier does not give e-mail as part of the service so i need a new one, but i am not sure who provides the best free e-mail service out there! does anyone have a few idea's on who to go with?
    I need it to work with Outlook and one that does not get spam to often like hotmail for example
