Ok MaryAnne:
Rescan once again with hijack, insert a check next to each of the following, close all browser windows and click "fix checked"

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Winad Client] C:\Program Files\Winad Client\Winad.exe

Then set the system to show hidden files and folders as per: http://dotcomsecurity.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=57

Now go back into safe mode as previously done and look for those files once again please.

And before I forget again , you need to get over to windows update and get your system fully updates or you'll be in trouble again in very short order..If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask..
