    :)

No, Hola it's just to say "Hi"
"Hola" it's not part of the error message. Microsoft it's not that polite
    Thanks(y)

No, ever time that I started the laptop, it may take 1 or 2 minutes, then the error message appear, apparently for no reason.

Look in Event Viewer for a hint on what the error might be . . Right click on My Computer . . Select Manage . . Event Viewer. Look thru the three sections for errors.

You have some unnecessary items at startup, but lets' wait for a HJT guru to look over the whole thing before disabling anything

    Actually I have 5 "items"
1 say: Aplication --Log-- Application Error Records
2: Internet Explorer --Log-- Custom log Error Records
3: Media Center --Log-- Custom Log Error records
4: Security --Log-- Security Audit Records
5: System --Log-- System Error Records

And by the way, I have in front of me the "error" popup
    It say:
Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encounter a prloblem and need to close. We are sorry fo the inconvenience.

    Thanks
