help with hijack this log

    I have tried to fix this computer for months, I have learned a lot from this website but am still inadequate, the computer runs very slow and sluggish like it is preoccupied, I chose the "security" forum because I have had trojan,spyware,cws problems in the past but it could be something totally different, so here is the log, thanks for any help
