Your Copernic Agent\Web\SearchBar.htm might be slowing things down but I doubt it. Cleanest HJT log I have seen. How much time does your clock change by? hours? minutes?

Looks good, but for system performance's sake, get OFFICE STARTUP out of there! it's nothing but a resource hog and your office programs will still start fine when you need them!

Go to START/ALL Programs/Starup and Right click the Office item in that menu. Choose "delete" and OK out.

Double click the clock in your SYSTRAY. (lower right hand side of the screen) Make sure you time zone is correct. XP will try and correct the time with an online web server. If it's in the wrong time zone, then that's why your clock flips 3 hours.

Yes, it's just a shortcut that Office, by default, puts in your Startup Folder. Delete it out of the Startup folder. It does not need to be there on Startup. Every Office program will work anyway.
