You have the peper trojan. Download the removal tool from http://www.memorywatcher.com/uninst.exe & let it do it's thing. Note that you must be online when you run the tool for it to be effective.

Have only HJT running & fix these entries after moving HJT into it's own, permanent folder=

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about :blank
    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Pcsv] C:\WINDOWS\system32\pcs\pcsvc.exe

If you cannot vouch for this one, fix it too-
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [FVGTWD] C:\WINDOWS\FVGTWD.exe

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here. http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406 & navigate to & delete
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\pcs< this one
C:\WINDOWS\FVGTWD.exe< this one (if not vouched for)

Then just reboot & give us another look plz.
