Help with HJT log and JAVA bytever.a-1

Can someone help me with this? An online scan with Trend micro shows that I have JAVA BYTEVER.A-1 and JAVA FEMAD.B. It says it is uncleanable. I have not noticed any problems with my computer except it does seem to be a little slower lately. I have all updates and patches installed. I have ran Spybot and Adaware. I have Spyware Blaster and Spyware Guard installed and am using Norton Antirus. I have disabled and re-inabled system restore to clear it. All of my temp folders are empty. This is my HJT log:
