I am running Windows XP SP2 on my computer. It became infected with virtumonde, and I have attempted many cleaners such as Spybot, Spy Sweeper, Adaware. I believe it has been quarantined by Spy Sweeper.
The latest situation is that I am unable to access certain websites such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Toronto Star, but others I can. I am attaching a HJT log file for inspection.

Hi, Welcome to TSG!

I don't see any anti-virus software running.
Load AVG it's free.

Please visit this webpage for instructions on installing recovery console and downloading/running ComboFix.

Post the log from ComboFix along with a new HijackThis log.
