Help with hooking two computers together to use the same dial up

:confused: :confused: I am having trouble hooking two computers togather and go on the same dial up at same time.

try bridging your dial up connection with your Local area connection in the computer that receives the internet connection. Then, use a cross over wire and connect the second computer to the primary one

I don't think bridging will work--for it to work both computers would need to get public IPs from the ISP. Think that you will have to use Internet Connection Sharing (ICS).
