Hey all,

I need to put 2 pages (Landscape) next to each other. How do I do that?

What I'm doing is a genogram that has to be done in a particular way (otherwise I would have just downloaded a template). It's for my wife's class, and she has a really big family that won't fit on just 1 page in landscape, hence is the reason I wan't to put it on to 2 pages. But I would like to open the document up so that both pages are next to each other.

Any ideas?

Not nice, Pave.

But this is how she can do it:

New doc.
File-Page setup, Paper is Landscape.
View-Zoom, hit the little "monitor" button.
Click on 2nd image, 1st row.
That's two pages.
She'll be able to view side by side.
However, if she plans to print it, it'll be "cut off" in between.

She CAN do this:
File-Page setup. Set paper size to 8.5" x 22" (22 x 22 is largest allowed by Word).
Then she can have it printed at Kinko's or something.

Better yet. Tell her to use PowerPoint, where she'll get any size she needs. Might want to call Kinko's and ask what their standard sizes are. I don't think 8.5 x 22 will be one of them, but maybe they'll cut it or you can...

Thanks for the help, that should work.
