help with netgear wireless

    I have a windows vista laptop notebook pc. I have netgear router wireless was working ,then yesterday could not log on internet unless connected to modem by time warner cable and netgear wireless modem,what to do now to get wireless. I need step by step instructions, i have already rebuted by turning all things off then replugging still will not pick up wireless.but blue light is on

    so the wireless light is on, on the router, so wireless is enabled
    the laptop wireless is switched on

    Post a device manager and an ipconfig /all

    control panel>
    hardware tab>
    device manager button>

    network adapters
    click on the + sign

    post backs whats there

    also any ! X or ?

    ipconfig /all

    TWO Methods to do that - some people have problems with ONE----

    ONE ---------------------------------
    ipconfig /all

    rightclick in the box
    select all
    control key + C key - to copy
    then reply here and
    control key + V to paste

    TWO -----------------------------------------------

    Start, Run, CMD to open a DOS window and type:


    Open C:\RESULT.TXT with Notepad and copy/paste the entire results here.
