I have a list on our website that has three columns. I would like to be able to add to the list from a page that has a form. The form would have three fields and a submit button. I would like the results added to the list in alphabetical order based on the first field. I know how to create the form, but I have no idea how to get the results posted on the list. Also I'm a Dreamweaver user.

    Thanks in advance.

Do you want the list to show only the input of the current user or everyone who has submitted?
