I designed the front-end of my forms page (includes upload of image, test fields & drop-down menus).
How do I get it to save user data to the server and later allow me to retrieve data?

    Any help is much appreciated.

Have you only made the html pages with an app like Dreamweaver?

You need have an application server (apache, IIS) and use a server side programming language (PHP,Perl,vbScript,.NET,Coldfusion)?

I would suggest apache with PHP.
